Jake is enduring his fifth visit to the hospital since September 2011 and has been at CHOC since Christmas day. He was diagnosed with stage 4 Nasopharyngeal carcinoma and has just finished a lengthy phase of treatment. We kindly ask for your support to help Jake and his wonderful family who are always by his side, spending every night at the hospital with positive and loving support.
